Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Go Buggy team handles personal information when you play at gogobuggy.app. Contact Go Buggy support with privacy questions or requests.

Information and why we use it

• Guest play and settings. Your browser stores guest progress, settings, and gameplay statistics used for balancing. Clearing site data removes these local records.
• Account and game progress. When you choose Google sign-in, Supabase Auth receives your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile details. We use your game account ID to link saves, credits, and scores. The public leaderboard shows your assigned pilot alias, score, and stage count.
• Checkout and delivery. We send Creem a Go Buggy account identifier and checkout reference to connect an order to your wallet. Creem collects checkout contact, billing, and payment information directly. Go Buggy uses the resulting order references, amount, payment status, and credit ledger entries to deliver credits, reconcile transactions, and handle purchase issues. Creem and its payment partners handle card details.
• Support and operations. We use the contact and order information you provide to answer your request. Hosting and service logs may include IP addresses, request times, and technical information used for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.

We use this information to provide the features you request, keep the game secure, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can play as a guest without using Google login, online saves, score submission, or checkout.

Service providers and international processing

• Google processes sign-in information when you choose to log in.
• Supabase provides authentication and database storage. The game database is in Mumbai, India.
• Railway runs the game API in Singapore. API requests include account and gameplay information when you use online features.
• Cloudflare delivers the website and handles network requests through its global infrastructure.
• Creem, based in Estonia, handles checkout and billing as merchant of record, with its payment partners.

These services process information over the network when you visit, sign in, play online, or start checkout. Processing may occur outside your country. You can avoid account and checkout processing by using guest play and choosing not to start checkout.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

We keep online account, game, and score data while your account is active. We retain support and operational records as needed to resolve issues and protect the service. We retain transaction and dispute records for any period required by applicable law. When retention ends, we delete or anonymize the records as appropriate.

Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may verify that you control the account.
