Terms of Service

Effective November 6, 2026

These terms cover Go Buggy, the browser game available at gogobuggy.app, and its online features. You may play for personal use. For questions about the service or these terms, contact Go Buggy support.

Playing and using your account

You can play the first four land stages as a guest. Google sign-in is required for account saves, credit purchases, and submitting scores. Keep your login secure and use only accounts you are authorized to use. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, including any consent required by local law.

Game credits and payment

The credit pack contains 700 Arcade Credits for US$4.99 before applicable taxes, charged once. When available, purchases through Creem are sold and processed by Creem as merchant of record. Review the final amount and Creem Buyer Terms on checkout. Credits appear in the Go Buggy account that started the purchase after payment confirmation. Our Refund Policy explains how to request help.

Credits can be spent on eligible entries, continues, and items within Go Buggy. You cannot transfer, resell, or redeem them for cash. Statutory refund and other consumer rights apply. During test mode, authorized testers can use simulated payments and test credits.

Fair play and service changes

Respect other players and use the game as intended. Do not exploit payment or score systems, interfere with the service, or access another player's account without authorization. We may remove fraudulent scores or restrict access to prevent abuse. You can ask support to review an account restriction.

We may update game content, pricing for future purchases, and these terms. Changes apply prospectively. We will post material changes and their effective dates. These terms preserve mandatory consumer protections.
